Refund Policy 

Payment is refunded if the product of the paid order is not in stock or if any product is returned due to a problem or if any of the products is out of stock and the product is not likely to be in stock in the shortest possible time. In the case of product return, the refund will be decided after evaluating whether the product is resalable or not.

Time Required for Refund: Refunds will be initiated within 72 hours from the date of refund request through the channel through which the payment was made. In case of debit or credit card payment refund, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the payment to hit your account statement. If it does not show in the statement within this period, please contact your card issuing bank or email us at mentioning the order number.

Refund Charge

No charge will be applicable for refund the amount paid by you will be refunded, but if the product has been handed over to the courier or for any reason after delivery (if there is a problem with the product, exchange or warranty policy will apply) you want to get a refund by returning it. In such cases, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the courier charge and processing fee of Tk 100 per order within Dhaka and Tk 200 per order outside Dhaka + payment settlement fee (where applicable).

Discount or offer refund condition: If there is any offer on Bkash, Rocket, Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Amex card and the discount or cashback amount is not refundable in case of that order or transaction refund i.e. if you pay 900 Taka for a product on offer of 1000 Taka or 1000 If you have received any cashback by paying money, in case of refund, the amount of cashback will be deducted and in case of discount, only the amount paid by you will be refunded.

Return Policy

All parcels will be delivered in closed box, that means you have to pay and receive the parcel before the time of delivery and check the product at the time of delivery, if you like it, take it, if you don’t like it, there is no chance to return or take delivery. The job of delivery company is only to deliver, in case of almost all tech or gadget products especially those products which are battery operated, they have to be tested properly first by charging for 3/6 hours but the courier agent will definitely not wait for at least 2/3 hours to charge the device. Many may say 30 minutes of charging and testing will not be possible because after charging it needs to be configured with the mobile and this may require different time and expertise which a courier man will not provide that support.

After receiving the delivery of the product, you must take it home and do a full unboxing video. If something is missing in the package or wrong product is delivered, we have to send this video as proof and proper action will be taken after investigating. In case of wrong product delivery from our side, we will replace it at our own cost.
